How to your define your brand voice and style

Establishing your brand voice and style starts by clarifying who you are, who you want to be, and what you want to accomplish. How do you think people perceive your brand? Do you like how they perceive you? What is your vision for the company? What are your core values? What makes you better than the competition? With a firm grip on these answers you can move towards accomplishing your goals much easier. Write down your answers to all of those questions to start defining your brand.

It’s an invaluable exercise to better understand your goals.  Once you complete that task write down a mission statement that clearly identifies the reason for your business. Teach it to your employees and have them recite it so everyone stays focused. Let it be your business mantra!
